Due to our current workload, we are seeking a skilled Factory Fabrication Foreman to join our team in Glasgow .

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the fabrication workshop.
Lead and manage a team of fabricators and welders.
Ensure all projects meet quality, safety, and production standards.
Plan and coordinate workflow to meet deadlines efficiently.
Provide training and guidance to team members.

Requirements:
Proven background in welding and fabrication.
Previous experience as a foreman or supervisor in a fabrication/factory environment.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. xwzovoh

Salary: Pay rate dependent on experience, up to £45,000 per year .

Location: Glasgow, Scotland
