Main Responsibilities

• Ensuring the integrity and governance of the data platform to deliver trusted reporting and insights solutions.
• Reviewing and validating reporting requirements, identifying risks, gaps and impacts on existing data models.
• Designing and developing BI solutions using strong data modelling and platform knowledge.
• Creating and maintaining documentation, including report design specifications and testing templates.
• Supporting the delivery of reporting solutions across key business cycles such as forecasting, budgeting and year‑end processes.
• Managing the development and deployment of BI content through the full lifecycle.
• Ensuring all delivered solutions align with governance principles and service delivery standards.
• Contributing to improvements in process efficiency, system performance and overall BI quality.
• Supporting and engaging stakeholders to encourage adoption of BI tools and data‑led decision‑making.
• Maintaining clear documentation and sharing knowledge across the team.
• Providing end‑to‑end support for BI applications, ensuring system availability and service levels are met.
