As you develop, there’s scope to take on more responsibility and work towards a wider finance leadership role, with Finance Manager a potential progression route.The immediate focus is on getting the fundamentals right – so they’re looking for someone who enjoys the detail, takes pride in producing reliable numbers and has the confidence to work independently.ð§ðµð² ðð¼ð¹ð²:

• Own the production of monthly management accounts, variance analysis and commentary.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and robust financial controls.
• Support budgeting and forecasting, working with department leads.
• Manage cash flow and support treasury activity.
• Lead on audit activity and support statutory and regulatory reporting.
• Provide financial insight to operational teams and senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting.
• Manage and develop the a Junior Accountant, whilst working alongside transactional finance managers.ðªðµðð ððµð²ðð ð² ð¹ð¼ð¼ðð¶ð»ð ð³ð¼ð :
• Ideally a fully qualified accountant, however a finalist may be considered (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Technically sound, confident with detailed reconciliations and material balance sheet items.
• Commercially curious, with the ambition to take on broader responsibility over time.ðªðµðð ðð¼ð’ð¹ð¹ ðð²ð:
• 45,000 – 53,000 salary, depending on experience and qualification.
• Circa 2,500 bonus (based on personal and company performance)
