• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to integrate wellbeing initiatives into daily operations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing programmes and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide guidance and resources to employees to promote mental, physical and emotional health.
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops on wellbeing topics.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wellbeing trends and best practices within the public sector.
• Work closely with leadership teams to embed a culture of wellbeing across the organisation.
• Prepare reports and updates on wellbeing initiatives for senior stakeholders.
