Operations Manager

Our client is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of Gas Transmission projects at the Bacton Terminal. You will oversee multiple live and mobilising contracts, ensuring programme, cost, quality and SHEQ performance meet regulatory and client expectations. This role requires a contractor side operations leader with proven experience in gas terminals or compressor stations and the ability to be on site consistently. What You Will Need Gas Transmission project experience essential and non negotiable Compressor station or terminal experience ideally within high pressure environments Ability to be on site 4 to 5 days per week at Bacton mandatory requirement Contractor side operational leadership delivering multiple concurrent projects Strong SHEQ programme and commercial control capability leading multidisciplinary teams to regulated standards  What’s In It for You Up to £95,000 salary (depending on experience) plus £6,500 car allowance 26 days holiday Private healthcare single cover Life insurance Pension 3 percent employer contribution The NRL Group connect global companies with the right people to bring engineering projects to life.
