Area Sales Executive – Roofing Insulation

A field sales role offering a thorough induction training programme, to promote bespoke insulation systems for commercial and industrial flat roofing projects, across the North West, North East and Yorkshire region.

The Role - Area Sales Executive:

• Following a thorough induction training programme, you will be promoting a bespoke tapered insulation system for commercial and industrial roofing projects
• Field based tracking and winning new-build and refurbishment projects across the North West, North East & Yorkshire region
• Working with roofing contractors, facilities management companies, local authorities and flat roofing manufacturers
• Identifying project opportunities and carrying out site surveys, measurements and drawings
• Working closely with an internal technical team who will produce the design and quotation for you to follow up and close
• You'll typically complete 2 surveys a day with your sales appointments built around them
• You will be supported with incoming leads, an established prospect database, and work alongside colleagues in another team that will help you track projects
