Solicitor - Corporate - Gloucestershire - 1+ Years PQE
Location: Gloucestershire
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with some hybrid flexibility)
Salary: 50,000 and 75,000
A respected law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year's post qualification experience to join its busy and well established Corporate & Commercial team in Gloucestershire. The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of corporate matters, including:

• Advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals and management buyouts
• Supporting clients with group reorganisations and employee ownership trusts
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate transaction documents, including SPAs, investment agreements, shareholders' agreements and share incentive schemes
• Assisting with company formations, governance matters and corporate compliance
• Conducting due diligence and coordinating transactions from instruction through to completion

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

• 1+ years PQE in Corporate law
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate transactions and company law
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Confidence managing matters independently while working effectively within a wider team
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• A proactive, commercial and client focused approach
