2 X Band 6 Occupational Therapist

General Information: The post holder will work as a member of the Integrated Neurology team. The post holder will provide a range of specialized rehabilitation OT input, to patients who have had a stroke, enabling them to achieve their full potential. The post holder is an autonomous practitioner but will work under the supervision of a Band 7 Occupational therapist. The post holder will be expected to work in a variety of settings including Broad Green Centre, the patient’s own home, other community settings and Croydon University Hospital, as required. Location: Croydon Working Pattern: Full time Role (Monday – Friday) 9am until 5 pm Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing for 6 months Role Requirements: A proactive approach and willingness to contribute within busy teams Must have the right to work in the UK and be physically present in the UK at the time of application Valid registration with the relevant governing body (NMC and/or HCPC) Fully compliant with NHS Framework or individual client standards Rates: Direct Engagement Approx. £27 Per Hour Dependant on experience & client approval Locations Available We are currently recruiting for roles in: London Home Counties (Essex, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Kent) Bedfordshire Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Cheshire & Merseyside Northwest (Liverpool, Bolton, Southport, Wirral, Manchester, Lancashire) North & South Yorkshire Bristol & Bath Wye Valley Oxfordshire Shrewsbury & Telford East & West Midlands (including Birmingham and Nottingham) Minimum Requirements to Apply Registration with the relevant professional body (HCPC/NMC) Eligibility to work in the UK Minimum of 6 months’ relevant experience Applications that do not meet the above criteria will not receive a response.
