Senior Admin Officer - Basingstoke School Location: Basingstoke Hours: Full-time Start: ASAP Pay: £95-£105 per day We are currently recruiting for a Senior Admin Officer to join a school in Basingstoke on a full-time basis, with an ASAP start available. This Senior Admin Officer role has a strong focus on budgeting, finance and funding. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the school with effective budget monitoring and financial administration. Key responsibilities: Managing and monitoring school budgets Supporting budget planning and financial forecasting Organising and attending meetings relating to budgets Supporting funding processes and funding-related administration Maintaining accurate financial records Providing senior administrative support across the school Working closely with school leaders on financial mattersThe successful Senior Admin Officer will have previous experience in a similar administrative or finance-focused position and will be confident working with budgets and financial information. Experience within a school or education setting would be advantageous, although strong relevant administrative experience will also be considered. We are looking for a Senior Admin Officer who is highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
