Production Operator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operator based in South Bedfordshire for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis. Summary of the Production Operator role Salary: £29,000 including shift allowance Location: South Bedfordshire Type of Contract: Permanent Hours: Rotating shift – 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am Responsibilities of the Production Operator * Run machines and produce weather seals * Replacement of raw materials * Quality control checks * Promptly report any quality issues to the supervisor * Maintain awareness of scheduling requirements and work efficiently to meet targets * Uphold high standards of housekeeping * Adhere to all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures * Report any unsafe acts or Health, Safety and Environmental incidents * Will involve lifting up to 20Kg Requirements for a successful Production Operator * Experience working with hand, air and power tools * Previous experience in Manufacturing Production * Excellent time management * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team * Good communication skills What our Client offers * Annual attendance bonus for 100% attendance 3% of annual salary About Allstaff Recruitment We’re an independent recruitment specialist based in Bedfordshire, supporting businesses across Bedford, Milton Keynes, and surrounding areas.
