This role leads amanufacturing team, responsible for all production activities following manufacture and treatment through to quality control readiness.

The Manufacturing Team Leader combines hands on technical support with people management, task planning, and process ownership to ensure the safe, compliant, and on time delivery of production requirements.

You will work closely with Production Management, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement teams to support manufacturability, resolve production challenges, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Team Leader Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of a postprocessing manufacturing team Allocate daily workloads and manage shift handovers Provide handson technical support where required Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, housekeeping, and 5S Manage consumables and oversee routine equipment maintenance Support continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing best practice Benefits 25 days holiday plus UK Bank Holidays Pension scheme Private Healthcare Employee Share Option Scheme , with periodic grants of options Why Apply?
