Building Surveyor (Disrepair & Aids and Adaptations)

I hope you're well. I wanted to make you aware of an Interim Surveyor opportunity that has just come in. Role Overview: Initial 3-month contract, with the potential to roll on thereafter. £350 per day. Hybrid working - 4 days on site, 1 day working from home.The Role: Managing a range of surveying responsibilities across the housing stock. Handling disrepair cases (essential experience required). Overseeing aids and adaptations. Carrying out general surveying duties.What They're Looking For: An experienced Surveyor with a strong housing background. Previous disrepair experience is essential.
