Multi-Site Mobile Cook Manager, Catering Leader

Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Cook Manager to join our team at Trinity House, Coleraine, covering multiple locations. You will prepare and cook all food to an exceptional standard, ensure HACCP compliance, and maintain a well-prepared service counter.

This mobile role operates 40 hours per week, five days out of seven, with a weekly schedule across locations. Candidates should have previous culinary experience, HACCP knowledge, and strong team and customer service skills.
