Packaging Specification Co-ordinator

Job DescriptionJoin ADM Protexin and play a key role in ensuring our packaging meets the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and quality.We’re looking for a detail-driven and organised Packaging Specifications Coordinator to manage packaging data, technical documentation, and compliance activities across our product range. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in packaging, specifications, or technical administration within FMCG or manufacturing.What you’ll do:Maintain and update packaging specifications across all formatsManage technical documentation including TDS and packing sheetsEnsure data accuracy and oversee document control processesSupport compliance with packaging regulations, including PPWRCoordinate supplier documentation and recyclability dataAssist with packaging artwork and cutter guide compliance checksWork closely with internal teams and external partners to keep systems and documentation up to dateWhat we’re looking for:Experience in packaging, specifications, or technical documentation (FMCG/food/manufacturing preferred)Understanding of packaging materials and artwork complianceStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsConfident managing multiple tasks and deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelProactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindsetDesirable:Packaging qualification (or equivalent experience)Experience with specification or artwork management systemsAwareness of packaging legislation and compliance requirementsIf you enjoy working with detail, data, and cross-functional teams, this is your chance to make a real impact in a growing, global business.#IncludingYouDiversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are cornerstones of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
