Agency:Omnicom MediaJob Function:CreativeJob Subfunction: DesignJob Description:We’re looking for a highly capable Video Producer to join our Brand Experience team—someone who can operate across the full production lifecycle, from concept through to capture, edit, and delivery. This is a hybrid role for a maker: equally comfortable behind the camera, in the edit suite, and running live or streamed environments.You’ll play a key role in how our brand shows up through motion—creating content that is fast, flexible, and built for modern platforms, while also delivering high-quality production for events, campaigns, and thought leadership moments.What You’ll DoLead end-to-end video production across events, content, and internal/external communicationsShoot high-quality video across a range of environments (studio, on-location, live events)Edit content for multiple formats and platforms, from short-form social to long-form storytellingPlan and execute live and streamed productions, including multi-camera setups where requiredCollaborate with creative, strategy, and marketing teams to translate ideas into compelling video contentEnsure all output aligns with brand standards and delivers against business objectivesManage production logistics including equipment, timelines, and workflowsStay ahead of evolving video formats, tools, and technologiesAbout YouExperience in video production, with a strong portfolio of workProven ability to shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video independentlyAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent editing software)Strong working knowledge of camera systems, lighting, and audio captureHands-on experience with live streaming and broadcast workflows (e.g., OBS, vMix, or similar)Understanding of multi-camera production, switching, and live event environmentsStrong storytelling instincts and an eye for composition, pacing, and detailAbility to manage multiple projects and deliver at paceMotion graphics experience (After Effects)Experience working within a corporate or B2B environmentFamiliarity with streaming platforms (YouTube Live, LinkedIn Live, etc.)Experience supporting large-scale events, panels, or hybrid experiencesHow You WorkYou’re hands-on and solutions-oriented—comfortable owning production from start to finishYou bring technical confidence and creative judgment in equal measureYou stay calm under pressure, especially in live environmentsYou collaborate easily across teams and disciplinesYou focus on delivering work that is both high-quality and fit for purpose
