Railway Infrastructure Civil/Structural Engineer

Job ID: 7597Salary: DOELocation: North LondonWe are currently seeking a full-time Railway Infrastructure Civil/Structural Engineer. The role will see you working on all structural/civil engineering aspects within a Design and Build team for varied projects ranging from signalling, telecoms and power projects to structural building design. You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of project-related tasks to meet budget, programme and quality targets on London Underground and Network Rail projects.EXPERIENCEThe role is ideally suited to a career minded and technically advanced Engineer. To be considered for a role, you will need to demonstrate the following credentials:BEng (Hons) degree qualified in a civil engineering discipline preferredStrong civil design experience with some structural capability5 years’ post-graduate experience in the rail industryMinimum of 2 years’ experience with Bentley ProjectWiseUnderstanding and working use of Eurocodes, Network Rail and British StandardsAbility to work together in a team environmentTechnical, analytical, and numerical design abilitiesKnowledge of Tedds softwareOutstanding communication skills and demonstrable presentation skillsChartered Engineer status or working towardsFlexibility to travel throughout the UK as and when requiredKnowledge of Network Rail and London Underground design and build processesExperience of draughting software especially Bentley MicroStation desirableDrainage, Piling and Temporary works experienceTo considered for this role please submit your CV or Contact Jay Wilson 07833 226 563 for further information
