We are hiring an Assistant General Manager for a new luxury wellness concept launching in Chelsea. This is a rare opportunity to join pre-launch and help shape a category-defining destination focused on fitness, recovery, therapy and holistic wellbeing.
A new luxury wellness destination is launching in Chelsea, designed to seamlessly integrate fitness, recovery, therapy and elevated hospitality within a beautifully curated environment.
Every detail of the experience is intentionally designed — from service standards and team culture to sensory environment and guest journey — to create a premium, restorative and transformative space. As Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in the day-to-day leadership of the studio, ensuring operational excellence, outstanding guest experience and strong commercial performance. Full-time (40 hours per week)
● Support the General Manager in overseeing all day-to-day studio operations and ensuring seamless execution across all departments.
Lead by example on the front desk, setting the tone for service, culture and operational excellence.
Support recruitment, onboarding and development of a high-performing front-line team.
Help implement systems, processes and procedures to support scalability and growth.
Monitor KPIs and contribute to performance reporting and improvement strategies.
Support membership growth, retention and guest engagement initiatives.
Cover leadership when required, acting as point of contact in the absence of the General Manager.
The ideal candidate is a confident, commercially minded operator with a passion for wellness, hospitality and premium guest experience. Experience in an Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, Duty Manager or Supervisor in a service-first environment.
Background in boutique fitness, luxury wellness, hospitality or premium service-led environments.
Strong leadership skills with experience supporting and developing teams.
Good commercial awareness with exposure to KPIs, budgets or revenue targets.
A guest-first mindset and commitment to elevated service standards.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
Be part of building a category-defining wellness destination from the ground up.
The ideal candidate should be excited about the opportunity of developing into a General Manager within the next 12-24 months.
