What You'll Actually Be Doing Running a full 360 desk
- business development, candidate sourcing, and placements Building relationships with manufacturing clients across Ireland Placing engineers, quality, and maintenance professionals at all levels Growing your client base through proactive outreach and networking What We're Offering £30,000 £50,000+ OTE in Year 1
- uncapped commission, no ceiling on earnings Short Fridays
- Monday to Thursday finish at 4:30, Friday at 3:30 35 days holiday Enhanced pension Small, high-performing team where your results are visible and rewarded Who We Want You've worked in recruitment, sales, or business development.
