The role As a sous chef you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the kitchen, working under the head chef. you will ensure everything runs smoothly, hands on run a section and when head chef not around, run the pass as well. This role will include all the standard sous chef duties. xwzovoh
Experience We are looking for a sous chef with fresh food background, good kife skills, passion for produce and able to work in a busy operation.
