Senior Insolvency Administrator Leeds Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Job type: Full-time Senior Insolvency Administrator – Leeds A national advisory practice is looking to appoint a Senior Insolvency Administrator to join its Leeds team. You'll manage a varied caseload of corporate insolvency appointments, taking responsibility for case progression and delivering a high standard of service to clients and stakeholders. You'll also support colleagues across the team and work closely with Managers and Partners on more complex matters.

The role

You will: Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, administrations, CVAs and liquidations. Progress cases from appointment through to closure, keeping to deadlines and ensuring files are up to date. Prepare statutory documentation, reports, creditor communications and case correspondence.

Assist with investigations into company affairs and prepare findings for review. Liaise with directors, creditors, solicitors, lenders and other professional contacts. Monitor case budgets, realisations and distributions.

Support and guide junior team members, reviewing work where appropriate. Work with Managers and Partners on complex cases and contribute to the smooth running of the team.

About you

You'll have: Solid experience administering corporate insolvency cases. The confidence to manage your own caseload and prioritise competing deadlines. A good understanding of insolvency procedures, legislation and compliance requirements.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience supporting or supervising junior colleagues. CPI qualification, or a willingness to work towards it, would be advantageous.
