True NQ roles of this calibre are hard to come by.The RoleYou'll join a high performing Property Litigation team handling a broad and stimulating range of disputes. Expect exposure to high quality work from day one, including:Commercial landlord and tenant matters for major national brandsBuilding Safety Act issuesRights of way, adverse possession, harassment and boundary disputesCommercial and residential service charge disputesProperty insolvency and secured recoveriesSpecialist education sector property work, including academy conversions and school mergersYou'll work closely with Partners and senior fee earners, gaining early responsibility, direct client contact and the chance to manage your own matters within a supportive team.Candidate RequirementsThe firm is seeking a motivated junior lawyer who can demonstrate:NQ-1 PQE with a property litigation seat or relevant contentious property experienceA genuine interest in developing a career in property litigationExceptional communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationshipsGood judgement, empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive mattersStrong organisation skills and attention to detailWhy JoinYou'll be joining a top 100 national firm with a modern, well located Exeter office ideal for commuters.
