High reach forklift driver

Overview

As a High Reach Forklift Operator, you’ll move, load and unload goods safely and accurately, supporting the smooth flow of stock through warehouse operations. You’ll use a warehouse management system to record movements and help keep inventory information up to date.

Responsibilities

* Operate a high reach forklift to move and position materials, following safe handling practices.

* Load and unload deliveries, checking goods and records for accuracy.

* Support shipping and receiving tasks, and report equipment issues for appropriate repair.

* Carry out heavy lifting when needed, using sound judgement and safe techniques.

Your impact: Accurate handling and stock records help colleagues locate goods and prepare orders reliably.

Skills

Required: Practical forklift capability, materials handling, load and unload tasks, basic maths, and safe heavy lifting are important for this role. Mechanical knowledge supports equipment checks and clear reporting of faults. Preferred: Warehouse experience, familiarity with a warehouse management system, and experience with shipping and receiving or equipment repair can help you contribute confidently across daily operations.
