We are a well-established, and independently owned restaurant group and now looking for a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager wanting to step up .

The Restaurant Manager role is for our recently opened Covent Garden operation.
We serve Vietnamese cuisine; and we also have a well-established restaurant in Hong Kong with a strong reputation and clientele
This is a 75 seats restaurant, and the team includes 4 permanent and 6 part time front of house staff, with 5 of them at any one time on duty
What we are looking for
A Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager wanting to step up and with a proven experience (min 3 years) from independent, quality-led London restaurants
A Restaurant Manager that wants a new challenge with a new concept and brand
Hand-on and reliable Restaurant Manager with attention for details
Strong leadership skills with a track record xwzovoh of team development
Organised, disciplined, and systems-driven individual
What we offer the Restaurant Manager
An annual salary of £50,000 per year
If in need Immediate start and 45/48 working hours per week
Finish not later than 10/11pm
Supportive Senior Management team
