Compliance Manager - Advisory

Lutine Bell are currently supporting a well-established UK bank with the appointment of a Compliance Manager to join their established Compliance function.

This is an excellent opportunity to act as a trusted advisor to one of the Bank's retail business areas, providing regulatory guidance and supporting key change initiatives. 📍 Birmingham Area (Hybrid Working)

💰 Salary up to £60,000 + Benefits

Key responsibilities include but are not limited too:

• Providing Compliance Advisory support to the Savings business on regulatory matters and change initiatives.
• Interpreting emerging regulatory requirements and supporting the business in implementing change.
• Preparing and presenting reports and insights for governance committees.
• Managing compliance queries and supporting a range of departmental and project-based initiatives.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
