About the role

Property Sales Executive Location: Bracknell Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum (DOE) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm If you have experience in Shared Ownership, or the wider housing sector, and enjoy delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.   What's in it for you? Salary up to £38,500 depending on experience 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays Option to buy or sell up to 5 days holiday Agile and flexible working opportunities Generous pension scheme with employer contributions Life assurance Employee discount scheme Cycle to Work scheme Interest-free staff loans (subject to eligibility) Employee Assistance Programme Enhanced family leave and pay Free eye tests and contribution towards glasses Ongoing training and career development Responsibilities include: Managing the sales process from reservation through to legal completion Conducting property viewings and guiding customers through their purchase journey Converting enquiries into successful sales Building strong relationships with solicitors, mortgage advisors, estate agents, developers and other key stakeholders Processing applications and ensuring compliance with affordability assessments and Anti-Money Laundering regulations Providing expert advice throughout the buying journey Working closely with development teams to maintain accurate property information Attending development and project meetings Maintaining accurate sales records and ensuring compliance throughout the sales process Carrying out monthly inspections of vacant properties Supporting colleagues across the wider sales team when required You'll ideally have: Experience within new build property sales or housing sales Knowledge of Shared Ownership, Help to Buy or affordable home ownership schemes Understanding of mortgages, conveyancing and the house buying process Experience managing new build developments A proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational and administrative abilities Experience carrying out market research and competitor analysis Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between developments Apply today If you're an experienced property sales professional looking to join a respected organisation where you can genuinely make a difference to customers while developing your career, we'd love to hear from you
