Choice Services (Ireland) Ltd is part of the Choice Housing Group and provides response repairs and maintenance services to over 9,000 properties including housing, apartments and office buildings. The building services we provide include: Response maintenance; Change of tenancy repairs; Adaptions for disabled tenants; Project works; Electrical testing and Asbestos monitoring. The Role You will carry out a variety of responsive repairs, void property works, planned projects, and multi-trade maintenance. You'll work across a variety of residential properties, ensuring our customers receive safe, reliable, and high-quality workmanship while helping us create homes and communities people are proud to live in. Responsibilities Completing high-quality joinery repairs and maintenance. Undertaking a mix of responsive repairs, void property works, and project-based maintenance. Essential Criteria Completed Joinery apprenticeship and relevant NVQ Level 2/3 certification 2+ years post apprentice experience. Eligible for trade specific CSR card. Demonstrable experience and sound knowledge in the delivery of minor building and maintenance joinery services. 2+ years relevant experience in the minor building and maintenance sector. Availability for Out of Hours Call-Out Rota 1 week every 19 weeks. Ability to use smartphone device. Current, valid UK driving license. Why Join us?
