Electrical Site Manager

Electrical Site Manager is required for a new build high end residential project based in Wandsworth London that is consiting of 150 units. Brookfield M&E are currently looking for a Electrical Site Manager for a M&E sub contractor who have won a new build project which is fresh of the ground and running for 2 years. The company have a turnover of £70m + and currently have 4 projects running throughout London at the moment, They have a high performing team in place and are now looking to recruit a Electrical Site Manager to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to join an established company on a long term project with progression offered. The Electrical Site Manager Duties are: * To ensuring the company Health and Safety is adhered to along with the provision of all necessary H&S documentation * Tools Box Talk * Method Statements * Management of Subcontractors * Procurement * Tech Subs * Manage and coordinate the site-based resources to deliver the project. * Ordering materials and organization of work. * Planning and organizing projects * Planning and scheduling resources to meet project goals Please apply or contract Brookfield M&E to discuss in more detail
