Machine Operator

Job description We are currently recruiting for Machine operators for a prestigious car part manufacturer based in Hilsea, Portsmouth We require machine operators to work in the mould shop based in Hilsea, Hampshire. These positions are temporary in the first instance but may become permanent for the right candidate. The candidates would preferably have some experience of machine operating in a manufacturing environment. Due to the nature of the work, all applicants should be physically fit as some of the work will involve climbing into the presses to remove parts and also dealing with heavy objects as well as using hand tools (hammers and other devices). The duties may also include sorting parts and occasionally other duties like cleaning the shop floor and work area. The shift times are as follows - Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm and then 2pm - 10pm rotating - £15.49 per hour Job Type: Full-time
