Your new role As a Hays Primary Supply Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging lessons across a variety of year groups Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and routines Maintain positive behaviour and create a supportive learning atmosphere Follow school policies and ensure safeguarding is upheld at all times Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and school leaders What you'll need to succeed You should be: Eager to make a positive impact Skilled at engaging and enthusing pupils in their learning Knowledgeable about assessment, feedback, and differentiation Recent teaching experience within the last five years Hold a QTS, PGCE, or ECT qualification What you'll get in return Flexible working options are available.
