We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and committed Room Leader to join a fantastic nursery setting in Guisborough and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the room. The Role As Room Leader, you will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where children are supported to learn, develop and reach their full potential. You will lead a team of practitioners, organise engaging activities, support children's individual needs and work closely with parents and colleagues to provide an exceptional standard of care.
