About the role
ARO in Glasgow is looking for a Senior Telephony and Connectivity Support Analyst to join their Support Desk team. You will act as a key technical escalation point, diagnosing and resolving voice and data connectivity issues while providing an exceptional support experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of support desk experience and strong technical knowledge of broadband services. The role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
