More To Motor is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to support aircraft maintenance operations at RAF Valley, Isle of Anglesey. This permanent role is 36 hours per week with a £34,703.20 base salary plus £3,978 shift allowance in a highly regulated military aviation environment.

You will supervise maintenance activities, review aircraft systems performance, diagnose faults, and ensure adherence to safety, airworthiness and reliability standards.
