A keen commercial mindset and the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities will be key to your success.

The ideal candidate will be chartered, SER certification and have demonstrable experience of successfully managing complex structural engineering projects.

You will also be a confident communicator with an established network in the industry, capable of engaging with clients, inspiring colleagues and representing the business at industry events.
