Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. The Project Manager, will be responsible for: * Lead end-to-end delivery of lifecycle and variation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and fully compliant with HTM, HBN, CDM, and BSA 2022 requirements. * Develop and manage comprehensive project plans across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and training phases. * Coordinate asset surveys, contractor activities, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless FM service delivery. * Provide robust financial management and reporting, including budget tracking, reconciliations, and management information to support decision-making. * Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance, supporting ISO 14001 initiatives and ensuring accurate documentation, including O&M manuals. To be successful for this Project Manager role you must have: * Extensive experience delivering Lifecycle and Variation projects within PFI environments, including full MEP project delivery. * Strong knowledge of key regulations and frameworks including CDM 2015, HTM, HBN, RIBA stages, and the Building Safety Act (BSA). * Proven capability managing projects within high-risk buildings, ensuring full compliance with BSA requirements. * Good commercial and contractual awareness within PFI, with the ability to manage stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
