About the role
Data Entry Specialist
Pay: £16-£18 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 35 hours per week (9:00am - 5:00pm, 1-hour lunch)
Working Pattern: Office based 5 days a week. Applicants MUST be able to work in the office 5 days a week/ full time
Duration: Initially for 3-6 months with the potential for a longer contract depending on business demand
About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our clients team based in London. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of complex product data.
This is not just a data entry role - it requires someone who can think critically, identify inconsistencies, and take ownership of their workload with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input and maintain regulatory data
Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Identify inconsistencies or gaps and implement improvements
Track and update the status of regulatory submissions
Collaborate with internal teams to improve data quality
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
About You
You will thrive in this role if you have:
Exceptional attention to detail with a zero-error mindset
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to validate data, not just input it
A proactive, self-starter attitude - able to manage your own workload confidently
Advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
A strong understanding of data confidentiality and compliance
The ability to spot discrepancies across large, complex datasets
Interview Process
Initial Microsoft Teams interview to assess suitability and technical ability
Follow-up face-to-face interview to ensure team fit and compatibility
