Mechanical Supervisor Fulham, London £50,000 + Benefits Monday to Friday An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a well-established FM/building services team on a prestigious site based in Fulham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong technical engineer looking to step into or continue within a supervisory position on a high-profile contract. The Role: You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of mechanical maintenance operations, ensuring all planned and reactive works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: • Supervising a team of engineers and subcontractors • Overseeing PPM and reactive maintenance across mechanical plant • Managing AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, boilers, and HVAC systems • Ensuring compliance and health & safety standards are maintained • Supporting permit systems, RAMS, and statutory compliance • Liaising with clients and site management teams • Assisting with technical support and fault diagnosis Requirements: • Strong background within mechanical building services / FM • Previous supervisory or lead engineer experience • Good knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems • Strong communication and organisational skills • Client-facing and professional approach What’s on Offer: • £50,000 salary • Stable, long-term contract • Opportunity to work on a prestigious site • Career progression opportunities • Supportive engineering team and environment
