- REF 2011 I am currently recruiting for a Principal RF Engineer to work for a leading engineering organisation based in Surrey, but on hybrid basis.

Salary up to £80,000 Bonus Benefits.

The organisation has been established for over 30 years and are renowned for the best at what they do within the defense and military sector on a global basis.

They are a small yet specialist team employing around 50 people, but turnover is over £20 million annually with that figure set to continue moving upwards based on the ever-increasing demand for their products and systems.

To support the business with the current workload and in line with their expansion plans they have the need to appoint a Principal RF Engineer a permanent basis.

In this role as a Principal RF Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting highly sophisticated RF systems for a varied range of complex applications.

You will interpret the requirements from the customer whilst understanding the objectives and from here will go away and conduct the necessary research with a view to coming up with an appropriately engineered solution that meets or exceeds their expectations.

Once satisfied, you will technically write the proposal for the customer, whilst ensuring that the product, application or system complies with the necessary standards and legislations.

You will also be liaising with suppliers. xwzovoh

Essential Requirements: Previous experience as a Principal RF Engineer, Senior RF Engineer or similar At least 5 years' experience in industry Previous experience in producing technical documentation (tenders, bids, technical specifications, test plans, architecture documentation, user manuals, safety reports) Desirable Requirements: Experience within the Defence, Military of Aerospace domains SC Cleared or previously having been SC Cleared Familiar with MIL, DEF, EMC standards This is a rare and extremely exciting opportunity for a Principal RF Engineer to join a forward-thinking company who place every employee's work life balance at the forefront of what they do.
