ASAP We're seeking an experienced

Software Engineering Manager

to lead a high-performing backend engineering team delivering large-scale cloud-based platforms and services. Working within a modern Agile environment, you'll combine strong technical leadership with delivery excellence, driving the development of secure, scalable and resilient solutions while supporting and mentoring engineers to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of software engineers. Drive Agile delivery across multiple workstreams. Collaborate with Product, Architecture and business stakeholders. Own prioritisation, capacity planning and delivery outcomes. Champion engineering best practices, CI/CD and continuous improvement. Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and operationally robust.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience leading software engineering teams. Strong software development background. AWS, Java and/or TypeScript. Microservices and event-driven architectures. Container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes). SQL and NoSQL databases. CI/CD, TDD/BDD and Agile delivery methodologies.
