LeadstrategicprocurementinitiativesacrossRFQs,long-termrateagreements,andpricingframeworkstosecurecompetitivepositioningandprofitability.
Owncarriernegotiationsandrelationshipmanagement,buildingstrategicpartnershipsthatdeliverlong-termvalueandalignwithbusinessobjectives.
Defineandmaintainthecompanyspricingstructure,ensuringconsistencyandmarketcompetitivenessacrossalltradelanes.
Developandimplementoperationalroutingstrategiesalignedwithcommercialobjectives,optimisingtradeflowsandcostefficiency.
Provideoperationalteamswithclearcarrieroptionsandroutingguidance,enablingefficientandcost-effectivebookings.
SupportKeyAccountDirectors(KAD)andKeyAccountManagers(KAM)withtailoredtradesolutionsandactionablecommercialinsights.
