UK - Senior Account Executive

The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing Digital Media team, where you’ll take ownership of running and optimising paid media activity across a portfolio of clients. This role is primarily focused on Paid Search, so strong experience in Google and Microsoft Ads is essential. You’ll also have the opportunity to work across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and more), making this a great role for someone who enjoys variety and wants to broaden their skillset.At Incubeta, we’re driven by results, innovation and curiosity. What You’ll Be DoingManaging and optimising Paid Search campaigns across Google and Microsoft AdsSupporting and, where appropriate, managing Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and LinkedInTaking ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, with support from senior team membersIdentifying opportunities to improve performance, test new ideas and drive account growthMonitoring performance trends, analysing results and solving performance challengesWorking closely with clients to support long-term growth objectives and present insights and recommendationsSupporting new business pitches and onboarding new clientsWhat We’re Looking ForProven Paid Search experiencePaid Social experience is a bonus, but not requiredStrong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skillsA proactive, curious mindset with a desire to keep learningExcellent communication skills and confidence working with clientsAbility to work independently while thriving in a collaborative teamA genuine passion for digital marketing and the wider digital landscapeOur PackageSalaryIncubeta pays industry benchmark salaries, reviewed regularly as you progress along your career path.
