We are passionate about our business and our culture, and are seeking individuals with that same drive.About MoelisMoelis & Company is a leading global independent investment bank that provides innovative strategic advice and solutions to a diverse client base, including corporations, governments and financial sponsors.  The Firm assists its clients in achieving their strategic goals by offering comprehensive integrated financial advisory services across all major industry sectors.  Moelis & Company’s experienced professionals advise clients on their most critical decisions, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and restructurings, capital markets transactions, and other corporate finance matters.  The Firm serves its clients from 23 geographic locations in North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupports senior managers in origination activities including (but not limited to): preparing historical and projected financial statements, provide analysis of financial implications of mergers and acquisitions and conducting public & private valuation analysis for major corporationsInvolved in execution activities, including basic responsibilities such as data gathering, analysis and material preparation, as well as taking responsibility for managing standard processes such as preparing deal documentationBuilds and applies valuation models based on financial research & analysis including comparable company analysis, discounted cash flow analysis and comparable acquisitions analysis. Prepares analytical materials to support necessary credit, compliance, engagement committee and balance sheet approvals.Conducts corporate operations reviews, portfolio analytic reviews and prepare risk/return valuationsGathers and processes market share data and shareholder and investor profilesRequired Skills & ExperienceResults driven and able to perform well under pressure and against tight deadlinesStrong analytical and numerical skills that put you at ease with financial data.Proven team player who is able to effectively interact with a wide variety of internal groups and clientsStrong multi-tasking skillsStrong Microsoft Office suite (Excel a must) and financial reporting skills  Requirements:Education:An undergraduate degree from a leading institutionPredicted a minimum of a 2.1 (or equivalent)Any degree disciplineA demonstrable passion for investment bankingThe permanent right to work in the UKWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to promoting diversity, preventing discrimination and providing a supportive and inclusive working environment.
