Job Description Regulatory Paralegal – Fitness to Practise, London/Hybrid, £35,203 pro rata, 12 + months experience. Join an organisation for a short term cover for a 3 month opportunity with a specialist Fitness to Practise team, offering hybrid working with 1–2 days per week in the London office. THE ROLE: /n A leading professional regulatory organisation is seeking an experienced Fitness to Practise Paralegal to join its Case Preparation Team on a short term basis for circa 3 months. /n The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for External Legal Providers, overseeing case progression and providing instructions on investigation and case management issues, including allegations, witnesses, disclosure, extensions, linked cases, admissions, proposed sanctions and alternative conclusions. /n The role will also involve liaising with hearing teams, supporting final hearing preparation, coordinating interim order applications and reviews, maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and tribunal directions. THE CANDIDATE: /n The ideal candidate will have experience of working within Fitness to Practise or a professional regulatory environment, although relevant case management or legal experience within a regulated environment will also be considered. /n You will be confident reviewing and summarising complex documentation, identifying key facts and risks, making evidence based decisions within defined parameters and escalating issues appropriately.
