Pay: Weekly

Job Type: Freelance/temporary

What You'll Be Doing

Carrying out multi-trade maintenance, repairs and property improvement work.
Completing carpentry tasks, including fitting and repairing doors, windows and fixtures.
Undertaking basic plumbing, painting and decorating, plastering, tiling and flooring.
Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality and finish.
Working alongside site managers and clients to complete jobs efficiently.
Following site health and safety procedures at all times.

What You'll Need

Proven experience as a Multi Trader or across several construction trades.
Practical skills in maintenance, repairs and property refurbishment.
Relevant trade qualifications, such as NVQ or City & Guilds, where applicable.
CSCS card where required by the site.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel between sites as required.
