Dental Receptionist Bromsgrove, Worcestershire Full-Time | Permanent MBR Dental is currently recruiting for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join a well-established, independent, private dental practice in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. What's on Offer 1. Permanent, full-time position. 2. Immediate start available (notice periods will be considered). 3. Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm. 4. Competitive pay from £12.71 per hour, depending on experience. 5. Monthly pay. 6. Free on-site parking. About the Practice 1. Independent, private dental practice. 2. Modern, computerised Carestack practice with 2 surgeries. 3. Offers a range of treatments including: 1. General Dentistry 2. Dental Implants 3. Orthodontics 4. Facial Aesthetics 5. Cosmetic Dentistry Key Responsibilities 1. Managing the day-to-day running of the reception area. 2. Booking, amending and coordinating patient appointments. 3. Managing clinicians' diaries. 4. Answering telephone calls and responding to patient enquiries. 5. Processing payments and maintaining accurate records. 6. Completing general administrative tasks, filing and paperwork. 7. Promoting treatments and services available within the practice. 8. Delivering a professional and welcoming experience for every patient. About You 1. Minimum 1 year's experience working as a Dental Receptionist is essential. 2. Strong knowledge of dental practice procedures and patient management. 3. Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills. 4. Treatment Coordinator (TCO) experience is desirable but not essential, as training may be considered for the right candidate.
