They turnover circa 50m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties. As a business, they carry out a range of work including new build, internal and external refurbishments, fit-out and alteration projects, between 100,000 and 10m in value, with a range of public and private clients.They have recently been awarded a number of projects as part of a 4 year framework agreement within the education sector, carrying out a range of new build and refurbishment projects to schools and academies in the Southern Counties, up to 5m in value.They are looking for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based from their offices in Redhill, Surrey overseeing projects across the Southern Home Counties (Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex).Experience: Track record working on education projects for a reputable main contractorExperience delivering new build and refurbishment projects up to 5m in valueUnderstand the 2-stage D&B procurement routeAble to oversee multiple projects concurrentlyPresentable with strong client facing skillsExcellent man management skillsIf you are a Contracts Manager with the right experience and you are interested in this great opportunity, please apply with an updated CV or call Rob on: 07733 529 573
