Operations Manager - Shoreditch - £35,000 - £43,000 DOEMy client, a commercial property management company are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for running the end-to-end operational delivery of a specialist property technology helping owners and asset managers maximise value from vacant properties.This role involves setting up new occupations, coordinating leases and terms of business, managing deployment of Wi-Fi/Bluetooth beacon hardware and landing pages, maintaining the operational evidence pack, coordinating council notifications, managing rate deposit and fee invoicing workflows, and keeping client/property status reporting up to date.Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the practical set-up of each occupation, including confirming the property, floors/areas, occupation start date, lease/TOB status, and intended removal/vacating date where relevant.
• Manage the operational deployment of Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth hardware. Including device allocation, testing, installation readiness and evidence capture.
• Maintain a simple deployment checklist for each site. Covering hardware, power, signal/range, URL/QR code, landing page, photos, lease documents and council notification status.
