Job ID: 1091Salary: 65,000 - 80,000Location: Richmond, SurreyRegion: LondonWe currently have a vacancy for a Project Manager based on a new residential development in Richmond for one of London’s most prestigious developers.  They have just started this project which consists of a high end housing development in one of outer London’s most affluent areas. The project will consist of 75 4-5 bedroom houses and is planned to last for 3 years.You should have experience of working as a Project Manager on large residential developments with high end finishes running all aspects of the project reporting into the Project Director.Duties will include:Running all aspects of the project and ensuring that costings are metMaking sure that the project is running on timeDealing with any issues that arise in line with company policy ensuring an appropriate outcomeReporting and dealing with any problems with sub-contractors immediatelyRequirements:Black CSCS CardExperience of being a Project Manager on a large residentialProven record of delivering high end residential projectsTo apply for this role please send through your CV.
