Description Manage tenancy agreements and ensure compliance with housing policies. Handle tenancy-related queries, providing clear and practical advice. Conduct property inspections and address tenancy issues promptly. Work closely with other departments to support tenant needs. Maintain accurate records of tenancy activities and documentation. Assist with resolving disputes and implementing tenancy solutions. Support the implementation of tenancy policies and procedures. Ensure housing regulations and standards are met at all times.Profile A successful Tenancy Specialist should have: Experience in property management or tenancy-related roles.
