These roles are aimed at Early Years Tutors (who can teach and guide up to Level 5), so its essential you have this experience with an Apprenticeship Provider. Although this is home based, you will always feel part of the team you will have tutors working in the geographical areas with you, who you can bounce ideas off, and a truly supportive management team for you to lean on the expectation is you will also spend 1 to 2 days a quarter at Head Office (accessible in West Yorkshire) where you will be invited to put forward your ideas and experiences amongst your peers.
If you are an Early Years Education professional who feels undervalued, and wants to be part of this incredible success story, then its perfect for you. Similarly, you may have seen the benefits of remote learning, from your work / life balance to spending more time with learners, again this will be the way they operate from here on in.
The world of Early Years, and Apprenticeships is changing, and this is a company who are not just moving with this chance but defining it, and we are now looking to recruit our next Skills Coach -
