This role sits at the heart of campaign execution, bringing together creative, marketing, operational and supplier partners to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly from initial brief through to in-store deployment.You'll play a key role in maintaining production excellence across a growing retail media business, ensuring every campaign is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest possible standards.What You'll Be DoingYou'll lead complex production projects across multiple stakeholders and suppliers, driving consistency, quality and operational excellence throughout the campaign lifecycle.Leading end-to-end delivery of POS and retail marketing campaigns across the Tesco estateManaging project plans, timelines, approvals and stakeholder communications from brief to deploymentPartnering with marketing, creative, operations and client teams to develop clear and effective campaign briefsOverseeing print production, quality assurance, fulfilment and distribution activities to ensure flawless executionIdentifying opportunities to improve production processes, supplier management and campaign delivery standardsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for a commercially minded production professional who combines strong project management capability with deep knowledge of retail marketing production.Experience delivering POS, print production or retail marketing campaigns at scaleStrong understanding of commercial print production, materials, finishing techniques and quality control processesOutstanding organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyConfident stakeholder management and communication skills across internal teams, agencies and suppliersA proactive approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and operational excellenceYou'll Thrive If You...Enjoy balancing detail-oriented project delivery with broader operational improvementsBuild trusted relationships quickly across a diverse range of stakeholdersTake ownership of challenges and remain calm in fast-paced delivery environmentsHave a genuine interest in retail media and customer-focused marketing solutionsWhat You Can Expect From UsWe won't just meet your expectations.
